If you are on island for a bit yet, here’s our policy on this situation:
- On a case by case scenario – if you’ve missed your designated date & time we may invite you to join on a stand by basis – Standby meaning if there is room only and there is no guarantee that the same tour, if any, will be available.
- If you do want to try to join another day, here’s how to go about it:
- Call us at 808 875 4848 AFTER 5:30pm the day before you want to join (pLEASE DO NOT CALL ANY EARLIER). We’ll let you know if there is any space available. If there is, you will need to provide full payment for tickets to rebook and have a guaranteed spot. If you show up, the fee is only $25 (or current rate) per person plus taxes applies, if you do not show up the fee is full retail rate with taxes.
- If you’re rescheduled tour is canceled for any reason, your original ticket is still considered consumed but your rescheduled ticket will not have any charge associated with it.
Again, please understand we are running tours on a designated time – other guests have golf tee times, have people picking them up… whatever. It’s each party’s responsibility to arrive / attend on time.

We’ll….. looks like we are not getting out today as a result of the weather – be it rain, surf, or wind. Apologies but we rather play it safe, and hope you understand. We appreciate your patience.
Options for you today …..
Your options are two fold…….. Reschedule or Refund
- Reschedule to another day – either discuss with the guide or call the office at 808 875 4848 and they can provide information on availability for your possible dates. If nothing fits your schedule, you will be refunded 100% by us if you booked directly with us, or by the company that made your booking for you.
- Refund – no questions asked. Refund by us if you made the booking directly with us, alternatively by the company that made the reservation on your behalf.
Looking for something else to do…….. Surfing may be an option and it’s only a 10 minute drive to Kalama Park in Kihei. Lessons at 8, 10 and 12 noon most days (except Sundays). Call us at (808) 875-4848 to reserve your spot.

We plan all our resources based on need so your reservation could be properly and completely serviced. It’s unfortunate, however had we know earlier, we could have tried to resell the tickets and provide a refund of any we could have resold. So, the tickets that went unused are unfortunately your responsibility, not ours. See section 1 on the rescheduling page (linked here). We do not provide credits.
